**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the social media design team and ensure that creatives are posted according to the planned schedule.
- Handle social media platforms
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Developing strategies for effective Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad campaigns and executing the same.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate the website’s performance and suggest the necessary solution to improve the performance.
- Coordinate with the website developing team when the need arises.

Skills & Experience
- Proven **2to3yrs.** working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
