AD Interio, a reputable architecture and interior design firm, is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor for project-based assignments in Rudrapur.

We're looking for a **skilled Site Supervisor** to oversee the execution of our projects in Rudrapur. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Collaborating with contractors, laborers, and stakeholders to resolve site-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in site supervision or construction management
- Working knowledge of reading plans, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
