Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Formwork Robot Operator to manage and operate robotic systems used in the installation and dismantling of aluminium formwork The operator will ensure efficient safe and precise deployment of formwork systems on site supporting high quality and timely construction output Key Responsibilities Operate robotic or semi-automated equipment for aluminium formwork assembly and dismantling Set up robotic systems according to job requirements and technical specifications Monitor robot operation and ensure alignment with structural plans Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of robotic equipment Troubleshoot and report technical issues or malfunctions Collaborate with engineers site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflows Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during operations Maintain accurate records of robot usage productivity and maintenance logs Train assistants or junior team members in the safe use of robotic formwork tools when required Qualifications Technical diploma or certificate in mechanical electrical or construction engineering preferred Prior experience operating robotic systems or aluminium formwork minimum 2 years preferred Familiarity with construction safety regulations and mechanical equipment Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and formwork layouts Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and high-altitude conditions Desirable Skills Experience with PERI Doka or Mivan formwork systems Knowledge of automation and construction robotics Basic programming or control interface knowledge HMI PLC experience is a plus Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Robot operator 2 years Required Language Hindi English Required Work Location In person
