**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Part of 24*7 MQ support team.
- Work along with client team and India team for MQ support.
- Work in critical incidents and rquirements as per the business needs

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 6-7 yrs experience in middleware messaging support
- Hands on exerprience on MQ clusters, High Availbility of MQ environment.
- Hands on installation and Upgrade of MQ software
- Knowledge on SSL concepts and Implementation

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Constructs an effective team structure that allows individuals and teams to succeed.
- Interest and ability to influence all areas of software development

- Bachelor's Degree
