**1. Good BA experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**
**2. Good Agile experience. Hands on in Feature, epic, user story creations and refinement to the squad.**
**3. Good experience in converting the business requirements and writing an elaborate business/technical solutions documents.**
**4. Good knowledge in the end-to-end flows of the various payment types like - cross border / RTGS / ACH / Fast Payments / Own account payments.**
**5. Good hands-on in Atlassian & Microsoft Office and Collaboration tools - Jira, Confluence, MS Team, MS Office Suite, Whiteboard etc.**
**6. Good knowledge in SQL, and integration layers like - MQ, APIs etc.,**
**7. Good analytics skills**

**Payment Domain Expertise, MUST - Knowledge on MT and MX Message, Basics of SQL, and Java**
