Overview:
As a Flexcube Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our testing project by analyzing business requirements, designing test scenarios, and executing test cases across all functional modules of Flexcube version 14.7. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, and ensure that the system meets business requirements effectively.

Location : n offshore in India (Onsite : Cairo for 1-2 Months)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for testing.
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for all functional modules of Flexcube version 14.7.
- Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring thorough testing coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that system enhancements and bug fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Document test results, track defects, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and reviews to communicate progress, address concerns, and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Flexcube core banking system, with specific expertise in version 14.7.
- Solid experience in designing and executing test cases across various functional modules, including but not limited to: Core Banking, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loans, Deposits, Payments, and General Ledger.
- Proficiency in test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- ISTQB or similar certification in software testing is a plus
