**1. Administrative & Office Management**
- Act as the administrative point of contact between departments and external clients.
- Maintain and update company databases and organize filing systems for important documents.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed.
- Update and implement office policies as required.
**2. Communication & Coordination**
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Answer queries from employees and clients professionally.
- Take dictation, minutes, and accurately enter data for reports and meetings.
- Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments, and provide reminders.
**3. Financial & Reporting Tasks**
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations with statistical data.
**4. Travel & Event Management**
- Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and executives.
- Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events, including meetings and training sessions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
