You will be working as IS Solution Architect - HCM and reporting to SAP Domain Manager - HCM, AMEA ERP CoE and based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for owning software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensuring its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. Also, responsible for the designing and building, integrity, and quality of an IS solution and associated IS services delivered to business

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving E2E delivery from gathering user requirements for SAP HCM to delivering robust quality solutions and services to meet business needs and coordinating deliverables and dependencies with other groups technical and functional to accomplish project or CR milestones
- Keeping updated with the latest technology changes and align that to the business needs to bring maximum value to ABB and translating business requirements into blueprints and GAPs into functional specification documents for internal and external delivery teams
- Collaborating with project managers, change and release management, configuration management, test management, and the service delivery organization to deliver SAP HCM solutions
- Ensuring that business users are adequately trained in new functionality that she or he develops and closely managing progress, cost, performance, and quality deliverables with proactively actions if deviations
- Delivery of migration and roll-in projects and service delivery activities and ensuring solutions and services are fully compliant with security, controls and standards

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 10+ years and 3 end to end implementation project experience in SAP HCM
- Strong functional and configuration skills in all areas of the HR or HCM modules in a consulting environment in various industries
- SAP certification is desirable
- Expertise in SAP payroll module, time management (positive or negative), enterprise portal and Interfaces
- Expert in schema and PCRs in both time management and payroll module
- Good knowledge of HR ABAP and debugging
- Handling cultural aspects of supported countries spread across AMEA regions of ABB
