Oracle Cloud HCM Center of Excellence (CoE) team is looking for a hands-on architect with solid background in Integrations, Data Conversions, Data Extracts, Reporting, Security, and Extensibility.

This is a customer facing role that allows you to work with our customers and implementation partners to assist them in their journey to Oracle Cloud HCM. This role combines hands on expertise in the technical areas with the customer management aspect. You will be working with other product development teams, success managers, support and executive sponsors to deliver solutions for our customers.

**Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud **HCM or Oracle IaaS\PaaS Applications or Identity Management is must (** If you do not meet the criteria, you will not be considered)

**Desired Skills/Qualifications**:
Data migration into Oracle Cloud (HDL, HSDL, Batch Loaders)
Integration Orchestration and Automation, REST apis, ATOM
Data extracts using HCM Extracts and BICC, along with strong troubleshooting skills to support redesign or optimization efforts.
Performance tuning, reviewing AWRs, query execution plan, jfrs
Integration using Oracle Integration Cloud or Service Oriented Architecture Service Oriented Architecture Cloud Services) or JCS extensions
Working knowledge of chatbot for HCM\Oracle Digital Assitant
Hands on expertise with Fast formulas, Page composer, Transaction Design Studio and Flex fields
Working knowledge of FSM, CSM and other migration strategies
Expertise in Auditing and data removal
Working knowledge of HCM Application Security and extensions
Good understanding for Global HR and at least one other functional area such as Compensation, Talent, Absences, Payroll, Benefits, Payroll Integrations, etc

**Nice to Have**:
Experience with other Cloud Applications,On-Premise HCM solutions (EBS, Peoplesoft, JDE )
Working knowledge of OMC, RUIE, Cloud EM would be a great advantage.
Experience with Oracle IDCS or Other IDP products (Okta, ADFS) would be a huge value add

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
