**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Support the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Maintain the company’s website and social media pages.
- Help manage budgets and ensure marketing spend is within approved limits.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (**freshers with relevant internships may also apply**).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
