**Job Title**: Sales Manager - Essential Oils (Male only)
**Location**: Navi Mumbai
**Department**: Sales and Marketing
**Reports To**: Head of Sales
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the annual sales target of 125 crores.
- Identify market opportunities and plan sales campaigns and initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to ensure a high level of motivation and performance.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the essential oils market.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with major accounts to drive business growth.
- **Market Analysis and Development**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the essential oils sector.
- **Budget and Sales Forecasting**:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, including forecasting sales targets and monitoring sales performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the essential oils or related industry (e.g., fragrances, flavors, FMCG).
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales targets and managing high-performance sales teams.
