You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the undergraduate program office at Sydenham college, Churchgate. Play a pivotal role and in ensure smooth operations, managing day-to-day administrative tasks and delivering outstanding customer service to students, faculty, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management:
Assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

Provide information and support to students regarding program requirements, course registrations, and other academic inquiries.

2. Administrative Support:
Manage and organize office supplies, stationery, toiletries, inventories additional requirements from the faculty or students.

Coordinate with Faculty, students, and staff regarding scheduling lectures, timings, schedule, updates, and announcements, ensuring timely submission and processing

of grades and academic records.

Assist, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events, student, orientation, registration, workshops, seminars, graduation processes, etc (including various

administrative tasks and special projects).

Prepare and submit regular reports on office activities, student performance, and program outcomes.

Address and resolve student concerns and queries promptly.

Ensure confidentiality and security of student and office information.

3. Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration.

Co-ordinate with respective in-house cleaning staff, peons, in
- house working staff (non-teaching staff)

regarding daily updates to keep the premises clean and

hygienic, maintenance of the furniture and fixtures, and

any additional management required in terms of managing the over role and responsibility.


4. Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, progress, database, files, library records, library, books, assignments, projects and submission data, guest

lectures, extra cocurricular activity, etc and report to the program director.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
