**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred, Associates degree is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Functions**
- Collaborates as part of cross-functional teams with other IT team members following the Agile Scrum methodology
- Contributes to test definition and testing of new functionality including regression testing
- Estimates and completes work in accordance with project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
