Junior Accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Managing Accounts**:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- **Budgets and Forecasting**:
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor spending and track budget performance.
- **Tax and Compliance**:
- Assist in preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Support audits and handle documentation requests from auditors.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:
- Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection from clients.
- **Client and Vendor Relations**:
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters, such as payments and invoices.
- Provide customer service related to billing inquiries.
- **Internal Controls**:
- Monitor and enforce internal control procedures to prevent errors and fraud.
- Suggest improvements for accounting systems and procedures.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- **Key Skills**:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Experience**:
- Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, though entry-level positions may be available for those with less experience.
- Preference will be given to SAP knowledge & experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
