**Ayurvedic Production Executive / Officer / Manager (depending on experience level)**

**Department**:
Manufacturing - Ayurvedic Production

R&D - Panchgvya and Cosmetics products.

**Job Purpose**:
To oversee the production process of Ayurvedic formulations such as capsule, powders, oils, avaleh and cosmetics and other herbal products in accordance with GMP standards, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Planning & Execution**

Plan daily production as per batch manufacturing records (BMR).

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Coordinate raw material availability with the stores and purchase departments.

**2. Process Supervision**

Supervise all manufacturing stages including extraction, mixing, granulation, drying, blending, and packaging.

Ensure processes follow Ayurvedic principles and regulatory guidelines.

**3. Documentation & Compliance**

Maintain accurate BMRs, SOPs, and process validation records.

Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and AYUSH guidelines.

Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process and final product testing.

**4. Quality & Safety**

Monitor process parameters and quality standards during manufacturing.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of production areas.

Train workers on SOPs and personal safety protocols.

**5. Equipment Handling**

Operate and maintain equipment like pulverisers, mixers, capsule filling machines, etc.

Schedule preventive maintenance with the engineering team.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with GMP, AYUSH, and FDA standards.

Good documentation and reporting skills.

Team leadership and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

**Education & Experience**:
Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm (Ayurveda)

Experience: 2-5 years in Ayurvedic or herbal product manufacturing.

**Work Conditions**:
Location: Manufacturing unit

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
