**Position Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Reporting To**: Head of the Department

**Location**: Visakhapatnam

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle customer inquiries related to credit sales, including queries on payment terms, credit limits, and billing.
- Digital generated leads should be able to converted.
- Provide information about available products, services, and special offers on credit / personal loan sales.
- Offer timely solutions to customer complaints and ensure the process is smooth from start to finish.
- Assist in explaining Credit terms and loan interest rates.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Languages Known**:
Hindi, English, Telugu

**Qualification**:
Any Graduate/or equivalent degree.

**Skills**:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should be Proficient in Hindi and English
- Customer Service Skills
- Strong Verbal and Listening Skills
- Capacity to establish rapport and build trust with customers
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Hindi language speaking is must.
