Position: Freelance Headhunting Partner

This is not a full time or contractual employment with a fixed salary. We offer best in the industry revenue sharing of 60% of the invoice for closing the key mandates within a stipulated time period.

What you will do

Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge and experience of various recruiting tools, techniques and platforms
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
- Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
- Experience in applicant engagement and salary negotiations
- Fluent in English and any other vernacular language
- Intermediate level Skills in Microsoft Excel data handling
