**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting progress.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of different job boards and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is a plus.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple industries.
- Experience recruiting for various roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
- Familiarity with contract and freelance recruitment processes is preferred.
