Are you ready? ️

What you’ll be doing
- Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing team
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

What you'll need
- From 3 up to 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-tech, Corporate roles in India
- Strong boolean skills and experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
- Fluency in English (C1)
- A high attention to detail
- Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A data-driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards
- Ambition, self-motivation, and passion for our vision

Nice to have
- Experience in a recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup and/or FinTech
- Previous experience in Executive Search
- Fluency in other languages
- Direct experience hiring for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, People
