**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective return on assets.
- Experienced in Management of Overall Production Operations - Process Control, Quality Planning, Production Planning & Operations of Plant & Equipment.
- Exposure to Assembly, CNC machining operations, Fabrication**.**
- Responsible for CNC machine shop activities,where machining centers and Turning centers are used to manufacture the precision products related to automotive & aerospace.
- Planning, implementing & monitoring process changes to enhance productivity in CNC machine and Fabrication areas. Application of Principles like TPM, Lean Management tools (5S, Poka Yoke, 8 wastes ),7 QC TOOLS, Kaizen, SMED.
- Identifying capacity limitations, bottlenecks & process problems and plant upsets reasons of production shortfall for taking corrective actions. Brainstorming on rejection and rework analysis
- Interpreting operations for new products or improvement of existing products with thrust on reducing product cost.
- Imparting continuous job training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement/skill building.
- Improving the machine shop layout to effectively use the space and reduce movement.
- Responsible for complete machine maintenance, Preparing preventive maintenance schedule.
- Implementation of ERP - SAP systems in production.

**Requirements**:

- Managing production operations to bring efficiency in overall production & achieve production targets within the cost and time parameters.
- Responsible for production activities in the CNC machine shop, production planning, process planning, achieving production schedules, work allocation, to enhance productivity, responsible for product development.
- Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.
- Analyzing deviations between actual and planned production and taking necessary corrective actions if required.
- Implementing effective systems like Pokayoke, FMEA, JIT, TPM & KAIZEN to reduce rejection levels and ensure conformance to pre-set quality stds
- Development of K.P.I.'s for all the functional managers & effective reviews along with coaching on performance improvement. Career development plans.
- Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualizing need-based training programs for operation people.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources to achieve the production target.
- Preparing & executing SOPs for all production operations.
- Undertaking productivity improvement activities by laying stress on cost reduction, manpower reduction, effective utilization of machines, manpower planning and new product development.
- Responsible for complete machine maintenance, Preparing preventive maintenance schedule.
- Monitoring on Daily/Weekly/Monthly maintenance schedules.
- Reviewing the downtime of machines and devising plans for the same for improving the OEE level
- Effective usage of SAP ERP systems in production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
