**Profile Introduction:

- **
- As a **CNC Operator & Programmer**, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components in accordance with engineering designs and specifications. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process and ensure the efficient and accurate operation of CNC equipment.

Responsibility:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC machines, including selecting and installing appropriate tooling, loading materials, and securing workpieces in the machine.
- **Programming**: Develop and edit CNC programs using G-code and CAM software based on engineering drawings and product specifications.
- **Tool Selection**: Choose the appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to achieve the desired results, while monitoring tool wear and making adjustments as necessary.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of parts using precision measuring instruments, and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards and tolerances.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components, to ensure their optimal performance.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and programming to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tool changes, and program revisions, as well as any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

**Requirements:

- **
- **Education**: diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certification in CNC programming and operation preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM software.
- Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines, such as milling machines, lathes, and routers.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and operate heavy materials and equipment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
