**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research using various methods such as testing, interviews, and surveys to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
- Document existing product features and functions, identifying areas for improvement based on user feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user personas and map out user journeys that align with business goals and user needs.
- Evaluate product prototypes for usability and effectiveness, incorporating feedback from user testing and market analysis.
- Analyze collected user data and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Provide feedback on wireframes and prototypes, ensuring that designs meet usability standards and address user pain points effectively.
- Coordinate user testing sessions and promote the importance of user research throughout the product development lifecycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
