- Billing /Pricing_**:**_ _**

**_ We are looking for professionals with OTC proven ability who have worked Billing management and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream process of Order to cash_**

**_ _**
**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Input and processing advertising contracts; accurately assigning rates and ad tiers._**

**_ _**
- **_Provide inputs to the mapping and maintenance of end-to-end Business processes, maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) documentation for Customer master data activities_**

**_ _**
- _Assist with generating billing for all advertising revenue within 24 hours_

**_ _**
- _Assist sales organization with ad order entry and rating._

**_ _**
- _Perform advertising research and assist with resolving customer queries _
- _Input advertising adjustments._

**_ _**
- _Help resolve rating errors._

**_ _**
- _Work “wrong rate and rating error queues” in INFOR/ ADPOINT_

**_ _**
- _Field incoming calls with billing questions._

**_ _**
- _Customer service to sales reps and external subscribers/advertisers._

**_ _**
- _Achieve SLA with zero errors_

- _Proven experience_

- _Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills_

- _Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities_
