**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design graphics for our website, social media, digital ads, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure designs resonate with our audience.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity in design work.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visually appealing content.
- Keep up with design trends and explore new AI tools to enhance design processes.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the D2C or eCommerce space.
- Strong portfolio showing your work (e.g., digital ads, social media posts, website design).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI design tools like Adobe Sensei, Mid-journey or other AI-based design platforms.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
- Ability to create designs that engage customers and drive conversions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
