**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create graphics for our website, social media platforms, brochures, ad creatives, flex designs, visiting cards, ID cards, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to develop engaging content and intuitive designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve UI/UX designs.
- Ensure all graphics and UI/UX designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, consistent, and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and software advancements to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other UI/UX design tools.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and UI/UX design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, visual composition, and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development (optional but preferred).
