- We’re looking for an APAC Payroll Product Owner in the HR Work at UBS Crew to:
- have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner in one of the agile pods providing solutions and leading transformation initiatives in Payroll function
- deeply understand the needs of HR payroll SMEs, act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
- liaison with internal and external technology teams to identify the right future solutions in line with strategic roadmap of UBS
- be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our employees through the delivery of while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
- mitigate impediments to the team’s goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients
- motivate and energize pod members and contribute to the overall deliverables
- interest to support other global payroll projects within the wider Crew

- In our agile operating model, Crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous Pods. You’ll be working within the HR agile delivery organization in the HR Work at UBS Crew in one of our global locations focusing on simplification and continuous improvements to providing personalized, relevant, on time and seamless HR services to employees and line managers.

**Your expertise**
- preferred experience in payroll processes and solutions with HR technologies, preferably in APAC region or globally
- experience in effective stakeholder management
- change management experience in managing IT solution delivery by closely working with technology teams
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
- deliver complex products to customers, ideally within the HR life cycle and payroll area
- setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as a product road map
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
