We are seeking a talented and crea/ve Bartender who specializes in crea/ng unique shots to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excep/onal service to our guests while showcasing your exper/se in craBing innova/ve and memorable shot crea/ons. Your role will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere and overall success of our establishment.

**Responsibili*es**:
1. Prepare and serve a wide variety of unique and visually appealing shots to customers based on their preferences and requests.

2. U/lize your crea/vity and knowledge of mixology to develop and experiment with new shot recipes that stand out from tradi/onal offerings.

3. Maintain a deep understanding of current drink trends, ingredients, and techniques to con/nually expand your repertoire of shot crea/ons.

4. Engage with customers to understand their preferences, make recommenda/ons, and personalize their shot experience.

5. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients, tools, and glassware.

6. Follow all safety and sanita/on guidelines to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment.

7. Provide excep/onal customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt delivery of shots.

8. Collaborate with the bar team to maintain efficient opera/ons and contribute to a posi/ve work environment.

9. Upsell and promote specialty shots, seasonal offerings, and bar promo/ons to maximize revenue.

10. Stay updated on liquor laws and regula/ons to ensure responsible serving prac/ces.

Qualifica/ons:
1. Previous bartending experience, with a specific focus on crea/ng unique shots, is highly desirable.
2. Extensive knowledge of different spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, as well as a passion for mixology and experimenta/on.
3. Strong crea/vity and the ability to develop visually appealing shot presenta/ons.
4. Excellent customer service and communica/on skills to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a[en/on to detail.
6. Knowledge of proper drink prepara/on techniques, including measuring, pouring, and garnishing.
7. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regula/ons and the ability to adhere to them.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
9. Professionalism, reliability, and a posi/ve a]tude.
10. Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
