**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing materials, social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Design digital and print assets, including logos, brochures, banners, presentations, and packaging.
- Work with copywriters and marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos as needed.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in branding, marketing, or advertising industries.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with print production and web design principles.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kotambi, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Computer graphics: 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
