Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, website designs, and print collateral.
- Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Incorporate feedback from clients or stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Produce visually appealing and engaging designs that effectively communicate the intended message, target audience, and brand identity.
- Ensure all design elements, graphics, and layouts are optimized for various media platforms and devices, including print, web, and mobile.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for both digital and offset printing is desirable.
- Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Provide support for other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing, image retouching, and preparing files for printing or digital distribution.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
