**Role Summary**

The role will see you join fast Growing and an established successful Win Work team based at Bangalore/Gurgoan/Mumbai as a Bid Administrator / Proposal Coordinator. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone to build their career in work winning. Our investment in you brings the opportunity to progress to be a Bid Administrator / Proposal Co-Ordinator and ultimately a Proposal Manager.

**What responsibilities to manage?**
- Working in a renowned Global World-Leading Design, Engineering & Project-Management Consultancy, the Bid Administrator / Proposal Coordinator must be adaptable and able to multi-task. Alongside a very productive Win work team, the Proposal Administrator will be engaging across all levels of the business. The Proposal Administrator should be a positive, proactive, and results-driven individual with an excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Providing administrative support to support the production of responses at all stages of the work-winning process, including RFI’s, tenders, and presentations.
- Supporting pre-bid planning activities.
- Monitor the bid and co-ordinate responses to inquiries with Technical/SBU leads for Pre
- RFP and RFP stage as required.
- Actively Manage ATKINS registrations on various Client tender portals and maintain registration tracker.
- Actively review opportunities with BU leads / Units and prepare tender list for GO-NO-GO decisions.
- Work alongside the team on the delivery of bid submissions such as document production support, data gathering, and client research activities.
- Have a good analytical bent of mind and able to work with dashboards.
- Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies.
- Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with PowerBi and SharePoint is desirable.
- Able to build collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
