**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**:

- Handle client and vendor billing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring smooth cash flow.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards to track operational and financial performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Prepare periodic performance and compliance reports as required by management and clients.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
- Handle correspondence related to financial and regulatory compliance.
- **Operational Support**:

- Work closely with the operations team to streamline billing and payment processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for dispute resolution related to invoicing.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for MIS reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial compliance regulations.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Certification in Tally or equivalent software is a plus.

**Preferred**: Experience in the transport or logistics sector, particularly in employee transport business operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
