**Software Marketing & Technical Support Executive - Inventive Infotech**

**About Inventive Infotech**:
**Job Role & Responsibilities:1. Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Market various **software solutions** developed by Inventive Infotech to assigned leads.
- Generate additional leads from **provided data & self-networking**.
- Engage in **one-to-one lead closure** and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Handle **client queries, concerns, and objections effectively.**

**2. Technical Support Responsibilities**:

- Take **complete training** on the software products to understand their functionalities.
- **Train clients** on software usage and provide **demos.**:

- Provide **on-site and remote technical support** for software-related issues.
- Resolve **customer queries, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth operations.**:

- Assist clients with **basic software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.**

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate / Diploma or Degree Holder.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 1+ year** experience in **marketing / technical support** (preferred).
- **Freshers** with strong **marketing & technical skills** are **welcome** to apply.

**Required Skills**:

- **Ready to travel** extensively within Satara and 100 kms radius
- **Smart communicator** with strong **interpersonal skills.**:

- **Quick learner** who can understand and explain software solutions.
- Ability to **handle rejections** and maintain a positive approach.
- Basic **computer & mobile handling skills.**:

- **Problem-solving mindset** with the ability to **troubleshoot software issues.**:

- Strong **customer service orientation** with patience and professionalism.

**Important Requirements**:

- **Minimum job commitment** of **1 year** is mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
