The Consumer Experience & Content Executive will be responsible for developing and executing content & activation strategies that enhance consumers' brand experience across platforms. This role requires a creative individual experienced in social media marketing, content creation, and experiential marketing, with a strong ability to multitask and manage relationships with external vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Marketing**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

**Content Creation**:
Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and the company website.

Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

**Experiential Marketing**:
Plan and execute customer activation events to drive brand interaction.

Coordinate with external vendors, including institutes, retailers, and production partners, to ensure smooth execution.

**Vendor Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring the best quality and pricing for services.

**Multitasking and Ownership**:
Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various consumer experience initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in activation and content creation roles (FMCG category preferred)
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to be agile and on the ground for execution.
- Experience in managing customer conversations.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in planning and executing consumer activations and events.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with external vendors.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand development.
