**Purchase Executive (Civil Real Estate )**
**Minimum 1 Year Experience or Fresher Can Apply.**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Material Selection and Specification: Collaborate with project teams to identify the required construction materials such as cement, aggregates, steel, etc. based on project specifications, technical requirements, and industry standards.
2. Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and on-time delivery of materials. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize cost savings and quality.
3. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings, streamline processes, and ensure the availability of materials to meet project schedules and quality standards.
4. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all procured materials meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. Cost Management: Monitor and control material procurement costs within project budgets, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management as needed.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in material procurement.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination of material procurement activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in materials procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and industry standards.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in cost analysis, budget management, and procurement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
