Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis: Conduct research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors. Analyze the data to guide design decisions and create user personas, journeys, and wireframes.
Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Front-End Development: Build responsive and interactive interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Utilize frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions. Evaluate findings and provide recommendations to improve usability and accessibility.
Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to junior UX developers and designers. Share expertise and best practices to promote continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Over 7 years in UX design and front-end development with a demonstrated record of successful, user-centered projects.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX design and front-end development projects, with evidence of problem-solving skills and design thinking.
