As a Banking Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and supporting various banking operations. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in the finance industry. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately.
- Educating customers on our products and services to meet their financial needs.
- Supporting branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
