At Bricsa Events we create high-level Trainings and training programs for a wide range of industries and vocations which focus on contemporary economic, policy and viable issues. They are attended by law makers, senior business leaders and leading academics, who participate as both speakers and delegates.

The Training Producer will report to the Head of Production and work with other members of the project team. Your key tasks will be to conduct Training topic research, write marketing copy and invite speakers. You will receive extensive one-on-one training and be able to quickly take control of your events under the supervision of the Head of Production. If you are successful in the role, career progression will be rapid. You will form personal connections with the best and brightest minds in the banking and finance related business, economics and policy makers and have regular contact with senior business leaders.

This is a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating career. You will be constantly challenged, and the project-by-project nature of the profession means that you will not ever get unsatisfied with dullness. And the entrepreneurial nature of the role means that you will have the independence to be the master of your own career.

**Essential skills and experience required**:

- University degree (preferably in a relevant field eg. Journalism, Business, Communications, Marketing, Political Science or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent research skills
- Highly organised
- The ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
- Analytical and enjoy following processes and standards
- Resilient

**Nice to have but not essential**:

- Specific Training production experience
