**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop original, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- **Copywriting**: Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, captions, and other marketing materials that resonate with the target audience and align with client objectives.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Collaborate with the content strategy team to develop and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social media platforms for multiple clients.
- **Research and Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other team members to conceptualize and execute multimedia content ideas.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines before publishing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of their respective audiences and content formats.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure content performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
