**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Development**: Create innovative designs for ethnic wear, including Kurtis, co-ord sets, and other traditional attire.
- **Trend Analysis**: Research current fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, and patterns to stay ahead in the market.
- **Sketches & Prototypes**: Prepare detailed sketches and oversee the development of prototypes and final products.
- **Fabric Selection**: Collaborate with sourcing teams to select high-quality fabrics and materials for new collections.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure final designs meet Vaani Lifestyle’s standards of quality, comfort, and appeal.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and market alignment.
- **Customer Insights**: Incorporate customer feedback into the design process to refine future collections.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in designing ethnic wear, especially Kurtis and co-ord sets.
- Strong creative vision and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar).
- Knowledge of têxtiles, fabric properties, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
