**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in merchandising (Diamond Jewellery).
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers
- Relevant Reports Prepare & Data Analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance Franchise expectations and the company’s objectives.

Analyze customer’s requirements and market trends of new market segments to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.

Building concepts for various product categories and designing.

To make the design brief base on d information. To get the selected design into CAD/Renderings/Mockups/Samples with the best possible enhancement in terms of aesthetics, modulation, cost, and feel

Detailed product presentations for clients illustrating the clientele details, story line, price points, and manufacturing techniques

Coordination with the sales and marketing Team to get a detailed review of the customer’s desired requirement over the Jewellery product

Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices
