**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee **day-to-day operations** to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with **various departments** (HR, Sales, Finance, Logistics) for smooth workflow.
- Analyze and improve **operational processes and policies**.
- Handle **vendor management, procurement, and supply chain coordination**.
- Maintain **reports and documentation** related to operations and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies and industry regulations**.
- Assist in **budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation**.
- Monitor **KPIs and performance metrics**, providing regular updates to management.
- Troubleshoot **operational issues** and implement solutions.
- Support **process automation and technology adoption** for efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **business operations, supply chain, and process management**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and operations software/tools.
- Excellent **problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal abilities**.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
