It enables businesses to streamline communication, automate workflows, and scale customer engagement with ease. Designed for modern marketing and sales teams, Flostr combines automation, analytics, and personalization to help businesses maximize ROI from WhatsApp as a channel.

We are looking for a **Product Intern** who will work closely with our product, design and technology teams to optimize Flostr’s WhatsApp Automation platform. The intern will assist in researching competitors, helping improve product workflows, gathering requirements, analyzing user feedbacks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, tech, marketing, sales) for feature enhancements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product requirement documents (PRDs).
- Analyze user feedback and suggest improvements in product usability.
- Support in testing new features and documenting bugs/issues.
- Help in preparing product presentations, demos, and training material.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing/completed a degree in **Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field**.
- Strong interest in SaaS, B2B software, or marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of **Product Management lifecycle**.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello, or Notion is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with attention to detail.

**Compensation**:

- **Duration**: 3 Months (Internship)
- **stipend**: ₹10,000/- per month
- **Working Days**:Monday to Saturday (alternative Saturday's off). The fifth saturday of the month will be working
- **Working Hours**: 10 AM - 7 PM
- **Post successful completion of training**: Based on performance during the internship, **Full-time CTC starting from ₹4 LPA**
