**Qualification**:Graduate / Finance / Diploma /SCM course

**Experience**: 3+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchase/SCM

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Full spectrum of the purchasing process (Processing of Purchase Orders, liaise, monitor,

follow up and expedite delivery with suppliers)

2) Proactively involve in Purchasing processes, supplier selection and development to support

above.

3) Obtains cost estimates, RFQ with different MOQ for raw materials, suppliers and service.

4) Prepare and update SOP and WI for procurement day to day activities and train sub
- ordinates.

5) Sourcing for the potential vendors /suppliers, gather and analyze required information and

recommends prospective vendors for management approval.

6) Prepare vendor contracts and negotiates with vendor for the most competitive quote as per

industrial standards.

7) Hands on experience in SAP operation for all documents and placement of order/PR

request.

8) Monitor and ensure all goods received meet specification and arrange replacement from

vendors shall there be any goods which is not meet requirement and QA/QC check.

9) Manage material inventory and perform inventory stocking activities based on company

requirement.

10) Co-ordinate with warehouse, forwarders, carriers on shipping arrangement, import and

export and ensure smooth and prompt deliver.

11) Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to

time.

12) Provide information to Manufacturing/Production regarding availability of material and

expedite where necessary to follow JIT delivery.

13) Maintain procedures and documents that are consistent with the Company, Customer and

ISO requirement and Quality Standard.
