Experience (2-7 years)

Ø Generating new enquiries through cold calls

Ø Provide support to customers and branches for demonstration and presentation of all range of products

Ø **Experience in Tally ERP Software**

Ø Handling order inputs, enquires, preparing quotations and ensuring follow up with clients, order confirmation and collection of payment.

Ø Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

Ø Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Ø Tenders participation in government institutions and preparing documents as well.

Ø Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.

Ø Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.

Ø Resolving any sales related issues with customers.

Ø Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.

Ø Preparing and submitting reports to Managers as per requirement

Ø **Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.**
