Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ Min 2 Year of Experience in Electric Automobile Service Industry.

**Job Mandate**

The service Technician is responsible for daily execution and improvement of Service, Inventory, Inspecting, Analyzing & troubleshooting of vehicles and equipment on field and Hub.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, periodic maintenance, breakdown maintenance on field & Hub.
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers problems and provide accurate repair recommendations over the phone
- Inspect vehicles according to the scheduled plan requirements for the safety of the vehicle.
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives for the quality checks
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- Servicing the vehicles on customers location on time to time basis.
- Managing the inventory in Hub and reduce the spares consumption by reworking and refurbishing the spares.

**Additional Requirement**
- Ability to operate all auto repair tools
- Willingness to participate in in-house training
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
