•Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades.
•Diagnose and repair faults in electronic locking systems, wiring, and control software.
•Provide on-site technical support and training to customers/end users.
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during installation and service.
•Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and inventory of tools/equipment.
•Collaborate with the technical and security team for system integration and problem-solving.
