**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Attend inbound calls

2. Assist customer with desired information

3. Guide customer to proper channel for prompt resolution

4. Provide policy related details like renewal date, expiry date etc.

4. Maintaining database

5. Proper tone and Technique and Call Flow & needs to be professional and polite

6. Follows policies and procedure as defined by Management, TAT maintained as per SOP

1. Fluent in English and Hindi

2. Willing to work in shifts

3. Minimum Graduate

4. General Insurance Background

5. South Indian Language will be value added preference

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
