**Bank Reconciliation**
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Record all bank transactions and match with ledger entries.

**1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Bank, and Cash transactions) in ERP/Tally.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, timely, and comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

**2. Accounts Payable (AP)**
- Timely processing of vendor invoices, including fabric, trims, accessories, and service providers.
- Ensure proper documentation (PO, GRN, invoice) before processing payments.
- Maintain aging reports and schedule payments as per due dates.

**Accounts Receivable (AR)**
- Monitor customer accounts (local and export clients).
- Generate sales invoices and coordinate with merchandisers for supporting documentation.
- Follow up for payment collections and update ageing reports.

**GST & Statutory Compliance**
- Maintain records for GST input and output.

**6. Costing & Budget Support**
- Assist in costing of finished goods by coordinating with the production and merchandising teams.
- Track manufacturing costs such as raw materials, labor, and overheads.

**7. Internal & External Audit Support**
- Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and GST audits.
- Prepare required schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

**8. ERP / Tally Data Management**
- Ensure all financial data is correctly recorded in the accounting software.
- Generate MIS reports from ERP as required by management.

**9. Coordination & Reporting**
- Liaise with internal departments (Merchandising, Production, HR) for financial data and documentation.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the management.
- Assist in monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS filings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
