**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our Manufacturing and Quality Control team. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, develop technical skills, and contribute to maintaining and improving product quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing Operations**:

- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and processes.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Identify and report any non-conformities or defects to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies is a plus.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality management tools.
- Basic understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the manufacturing industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
