A Graduate Apprentice Trainee is an entry-level graduate undergoing a structured apprenticeship program designed to bridge academic knowledge with professional skills. Under the Apprenticeship Act, the trainee gains exposure to real-world tasks, receives technical mentorship, and develops an understanding of company functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend scheduled training sessions (technical, functional, safety) and complete learning modules.
- Assist team members in day-to-day activities, such as preparing reports, updating logs, or supporting engineering/admin tasks.
- Maintain records of work, prepare reports, and support documentation of SOPs or project data.
- Aid in field measurements, quality checks, and process trials under supervision.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in regular performance assessments and submit feedback on training experiences.

**Qualifications**:
1.Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.) or Commerce/Arts/Science stream depending on role.

2.Registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) or similar.

4.Willingness to learn and contribute.

5.Strong communication and time-management skills.

**Skills and Competencies**:
Basic knowledge in area of study (engineering, finance, operations, etc.)

Logical thinking and eagerness to explore cross-functional skills

MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Exposure to technical drawing tools or ERP (for engineering roles)

Discipline and punctuality

Receptiveness to feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
